The short version: the contact form sends me an email, and that is the whole of it. No analytics, no advertising, no trackers, nothing shared with anyone.
Who is responsible

What the form collects
Name, email, phone and the subject you pick from the list. Nothing else, and nothing is pre-filled from anywhere.
That message arrives in my inbox as an email and stays there. It is used to reply to you and to work on the project we talk about — never for a mailing list, and never sold or handed to anyone for their own purposes.
I keep the correspondence for as long as the working relationship makes it useful. Ask me to delete it and I will.
What the server records
The web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, date, requested page — the way every web server does. They are used to diagnose problems and to spot abuse.
The form limits how many messages one visitor can send in an hour. To count them the server stores a one-way hash of the IP address, never the address itself, and the file is discarded after an hour.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice, EN or ES, kept in local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. It never leaves your device and identifies nobody.
Third parties
Every file this site loads — images, fonts, scripts — is served from rubenvisual.com. No content delivery network, no font service, no embedded widget is contacted while you browse.
The site and the mailbox are hosted by ProfesionalHosting, which processes the data only to keep the service running. Links out to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are ordinary links: those companies only learn about you if you click them.
Your rights
Write to hello@rubenvisual.com to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. No form and no formalities — an email is enough.
Photography
Photos taken on a commissioned shoot are covered by the agreement for that shoot, not by this page. If images of you or your business are involved, we settle in writing what may be published and where before anything goes out.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions — the page you are reading is the one that applies.
